Introducing the MVP30 V2
We’re pleased to introduce the MVP30 V2: a refreshed version of our trusted MVP30 and MVP30-350 systems. This update features a simplified system architecture and a transition to industry-standard control components. The result is improved long-term manufacturability and serviceability — while maintaining the proven profiling performance customers rely on.
Key updates include:
- An independent emergency stop (E-stop) device that can be positioned for easier access and safer operation
- One less control box, for easier installation
- PLC-based control, transitioning from custom electronics to industry-standard components
- A colour-coded LED status indicator, providing clearer visibility into system status and error conditions
The MVP30 V2 was introduced to address component obsolescence and ensure the continued manufacturability of the MVP platform. Our focus on simplification and modernization helps ensure that the MVP remains a dependable, sustainable system for years to come.
