- Log in to the Customer Support Portal
- Search on your IDEA to see if someone has already stolen your thunder
- Enter your IDEA and tell us why you think it's brilliant
If you are the first to log an IDEA - and if we choose to action your IDEA as a new product or product enhancement - you'll receive a $1,000 reward from Applied Microsystems.
It get's better! Not only can you log great IDEAs, you can also judge the merits of other new product IDEAs. Simply log in to the Customer Support Portal, travel to the IDEAs page, and vote on the IDEAs that you think merit effort.

What's Available in the Customer Support Portal?

The Applied Microsystems Customer Portal offers clients a one stop location for all instrument information, including:
- Service and diagnostic history
- Generationof Return Material Authorizations
- Repair status
- Tech support documentation
- Instrument specifications
- Product enhancement database
The Customer Portal even includes a reporting module, that allows our users to generate historical reports on their instruments. |
