Requesting Technical Support

Good technical support should be both comprehensive and timely.  We offer four different ways for our customers to obtain technical support:

Our Customer Support Portal provides immediate access to a wide variety of technical detail, including manuals, instrument specifications, technical solutions, etc.  In many cases, the solution to your issue will already be documented. 

Technical support can also be obtained from our partners in the United Kingdom and Singapore.  For the United Kingdom, please contact OSIL on +44-2392-488240.  For Singapore, please contact Sea & Land Technologies, on +65 65 61 2622.

What's Available in the Customer Support Portal?

The Applied Microsystems Customer Portal offers clients a one stop location for all instrument information, including:

  • Service and diagnostic history
  • Generationof Return Material Authorizations
  • Repair status
  • Tech support documentation
  • Instrument specifications
  • Product enhancement database

The Customer Portal even includes a reporting module, that allows our users to generate historical reports on their instruments.

Don't Have a Portal Login?

Need a login?  Click on the Support Requests form on the right side of this window.  Your request will go to our service department, who will issue you a personalized login the same business day.
