Return Materials Authorization

Applied Microsystems Customer Support Portal allows users to generate their own Return Material Authorizations in real-time, no waiting required.  Simply follow these steps:

  • Login to the Customer Support Portal
  • Search on the 6 digit instrument serial number that you wish to return (for example, 000672 for instrument serial number 672);
  • Click on the link to the instrument in question and travel down to the bottom of the page to create a new service case
  • Create a new service case with the appropriate information

You will immediately receive an email with the RMA number in question, as well as shipping instructions, and will be able to return your instrument immediately.

If you prefer, you may simply fill in the Support Requests form on the right hand side of this screen and we will issue you an RMA number within 24 hours.  You may also request an RMA over the telephone by contacting us on +1-250-656-0771 or via email by sending an email to service@AppliedMicrosystems.com

What's Available in the Customer Support Portal?

The Applied Microsystems Customer Portal offers clients a one stop location for all instrument information, including:

  • Service and diagnostic history
  • Generationof Return Material Authorizations

The Customer Portal even includes a reporting module, that allows our users to generate historical reports on their instruments.
