Field Swappable: Each Xchange™
sensor - Sound Velocity, Conductivity, Temperature, or Pressure can be
installed on any other instrument which has been enabled for that same
type of Xchange sensor, without compromising sensor accuracy. Sensors
can be swapped in minutes, without special tools. Sensors are robust,
compact, and easy-to-handle.
Embedded Calibration: Xchange™
sensors have on-board intelligence that allows calibration coefficients
and other critical calibration information to travel with the sensor.
Data Traceability: All data files automatically include the Xchange™ sensor serial number and its calibration date, assuring traceability of data.
Multi Range: Xchange™ sensors of varying ranges can be deployed
on one instrument. For example, two P•Xchange™ pressure sensors of
varying ranges - 100m and 6000m - can be used on the same instrument to
maximize resolution and accuracy at every depth.
